Day 01: Arrival at Trivandrum
Our tour representative will welcome you upon your arrival at Trivandrum International Airport. You値l then be transferred to Kovalam via road. On reaching Kovalam, a check in at the Ayurvedic resort will be made. You are free to spend the remaining day at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Kovalam.

Day 02: Kovalam
Satiate your morning appetite with a delicious breakfast. Soon after, you値l move out for a consultation with an Ayurveda doctor for an Ayurvedic treatment. You値l be provided with a schedule containing a proper diet chart, Ayurvedic herbal massages, steam bath or yoga. It is highly advisable to attentively follow the instructions given by the doctor. Do not carry books to keep you engaged during the treatment. Dinner and night stay will be at Kovalam.

Days 03 - 08: Kovalam Ayurvedic Tour
The next six days will be spent in pampering you with a traditional and rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatment. This will calm your senses, revitalize your body and freshen up your mind and soul. Allow your body to be cuddled with different Ayurvedic therapies and massages. The dinner will comprise of traditional South Indian cuisines.

Day 09: Kovalam - Trivandrum
After an early morning breakfast, you値l leave for Trivandrum. Upon arrival, a quick check-in at the hotel will be followed by a half day city tour of Trivandrum. Visits will be made to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. You値l free in the second half of the day. You can utilize the same in shopping for souvenirs and traditional stuff. To spend the night, you値l come back to the hotel.

Day 10: Trivandrum Departure
A delicious breakfast will start your day. Henceforth, you値l be transferred to the airport for your flight back home with a storehouse of happy memories of a pleasurable holiday.
